HeT has the biggest and greatest R&D team in the industry in China. Even on a global stage, our team is outstanding with hundreds of electric engineers, about half of whom are graduate degree holders, PhDs and professors.

Our researchers have access to development devices from Motorola, Hitachi, Siemens, Microhip, Tek, etc. as well as testing devices from Schafener, Keytek, Hangeol, Orbotech and more. All software development is done with standard development environment, language and platform, managed by ISO9001, QS9000 management systems and the advanced 6 Sigma standard.

What’ more, HeT has collaborated with industry partners to build joint labs for appliance technologies.
